Funaabites let's be careful, these guys are around us again.
A thief was caught at Grace and Merciful hostel earlier today.
A resident (student) named AK living on the first floor got to the hostel, and could not get into his room ,then he went upstair and noticed a strange movement around and he got out of the hostel and saw a man by the well washing a handkerchief (pretending to be normal).
AK tried to interrogate him and asked him What he wanted, and the man replied saying he came from Lagos to look for accommodation because he wanted to commence his Post graduate studies. A nylon was sighted beside the man and the student asked to know the owner of the bag but the thief denied knowing the owner.
Furious students began to deal with the thief but a Policeman got there in time to stop the students because of the the problems that may arise if the man was killed.
Today the man was charged to court and he pleaded not guilty, so the Judge adjourned the case to the 7th of December, 2017.

AK left and notice the lock of his neighbour's room was broken and he checked the nylon and saw a laptop belonging to his hostel mate. He immediately had a conviction the man was a thief and he signalled to one of his hostel mates that was around to lock the gate. Other hostelites arrived and heard the gist.
